Turning ideas into buildable designs—that’s what I do at LetoLab. Whether it’s a custom part, unique furniture, or an extraordinary lamp, I help bring concepts to life. For an extra dose of magic and smart solutions, I use my secret weapon: Computational Design.

Tailored to Perfection

With a background in architecture and over 20 years of experience in CAD and digital fabrication, I turn diverse projects into smart manufacturing solutions. Whether it’s a technical detail or a complete design, I spot opportunities and challenges right away. Every development process is a collaboration—we work closely together to achieve the best results. With laser cutting, CNC routing, and a good dose of hands-on skill, we can rapidly prototype, test, and move seamlessly toward the final product.

Coding Meets Design

Computational Design unlocks a world of possibilities by blending two disciplines: programming and design. With smart algorithms and scripts, I explore design possibilities that would be difficult to achieve by hand—while keeping everything production-ready from the start. From transforming 3D shapes into 2D construction kits to generating organic cell patterns or automated lighting designs. Or, on a more practical level: custom foldable boxes that fit perfectly, thanks to precise parameters. The beauty of this digital toolbox: It opens up endless creative opportunities, automates complex tasks, and guarantees flawless, consistent results!

“Super fijne samenwerking, prachtige oplossingen voor obstakels en super strak en netjes afgewerkt!”

“Erwin heeft voor ons een lamp op maat gemaakt. En de lamp is prachtig geworden.
Het contact verliep heel goed en snel. Erwin denkt heel erg mee en met onze wensen en zijn kennis is er een heel mooi product uitgekomen. Wij zijn heel blij met het eindresultaat.”
